Sam Dekuiper Death – Former Lawrence Technological University baseball player Samuel Dekuiper has died. He passed away on Friday 3rd May 2024 after a tragic car accident that occurred in Traverse City, Michigan. He was announced dead on Saturday through a post that states “The Titan family lost a good one yesterday afternoon. Sam DeKuiper was taken from us far too early due to car crossing the center line and crashing into his car”.

How did the accident happen?

One individual was killed in a collision involving two vehicles that occurred on Friday afternoon in Grand Traverse County. According to Captain Brandon Brinks of the Grand Traverse County Sheriff’s Office, the collision took place on County Road 633 between Miller Road and Schell Road at approximately five o’clock in the afternoon. As crews sought to discover what caused the disaster, the area was shut down for many hours while they investigated the incidents.

In addition to being an outstanding athlete, Sam, who graduated from Traverse City West High School in 2019, was also an outstanding human being. His work ethic was superior to that of his contemporaries, and he took pleasure in the process of striving to be the best that he could be. Following his graduation from high school, he went on to play baseball at Lawrence Technological University for a period of four years, during which time he was successful both before and after the game. Between the months of May and August 2022, he worked for Thompson Surgical Instruments, Inc. as a Production Assembler for a period of four months.When he was promoted to the position of Design Engineer at Thompson Retractor, he had been working there as an Engineering Intern for a period of eight months, beginning in May 2023 and ending in December 2023.
